Joe Biden knows how to answer the tough questions. Well, the questions of moderate difficulty, anyway. And he knows how to do that because he gets to see them in advance, with the big words spelled phonetically. It’s not the first time he has been spotted with a cheat sheet, with last June’s infamous example including detailed instructions on how and when to say hello, and how to sit in his own chair.
