Migrants clash with police at Peru-Chile border

Clashes broke out between migrants and Peruvian police in the Tacna border region with Chile. Dozens of migrants blocked a road with garbage, preventing the passage of vehicles going to and from Chile, in protest at not being allowed by Peruvian authorities to enter the country.
